HAB at the MEDICA 2009: well positioned at the most important fair of the industry
Nov 27th, 2009 | By Ayenegbe Stephen | Category: Articles in English | Trackback URLTo stand out from the crowd: this was our philosophy when planning the booth of HERRMANN Apparatebau GmbH (HAB) for the MEDICA 2009. Our conclusion: after several very busy days of planning and implementing ideas, we are quite happy with the outcome. Our client as well as visitors of the fair have been enthralled with and attracted by the booth.
For a fair to be an overall success, you have to work with commitment and enthusiasm in the run-up of the great event. The booth has to be organized and coordinated with the booth builder, staff has to be selected and trained, hotel reservations have to be made, presentations prepared, products packed and shipped… The check list for an annual exhibition is virtually endless. In such a situation it is a great relieve to pass some of the tasks on to an expert who has an eye on the proceedings. For this year’s World Forum for Medicine in Dusseldorf we played this role to support HAB. From inviting offers of different booth builders to the common approval on site: our client’s management has relied on our know-how and expertise in all aspects of planning and implementation.
It goes without saying that our core competences have been of major importance during this project. Several weeks before the start of the trade show we established contact with media representatives to spark their interest in the portfolio of HAB. And while the MEDICA was in full progress, it once again became obvious that such a show is the perfect opportunity to make new contacts and to deepen existing ones. But we have to admit that the booth itself was an amazing crowd puller, too, and easily won HAB customers and journalists over. The functional and efficient concept handed in by KNORZ Messebau GmbH outdid the presentation of all other competitors and was merely refined with some ideas from our house. The icing on the cake were the huge wall-mounted graphics by the design agency DSH from Obernburg. At the end of the day all involved parties received a great deal of praise which easily compensates for the efforts of preparations.
