In order for the customers of HERRMANN Apparatebau (HAB) to start working with the trailblazing treatment systems right away and without puzzling over manuals, we have come up with an easy concept: our video tutorials answer all questions and explain the professional installation of Colon-Hydromat as well as the implementation of hyperbaric ozone therapy.

What we had in mind: printed user manuals are quite often poorly written or translated. While consumer electronics are rather forgiving when it comes to a courageous trail-and-error approach, this is generally not the case with medical devices. In addition, health-care professionals do not have the time to read through many pages of detailed instructions or need additional material to deepen their knowledge or fall back on after having participated in a seminar on the system. Thus, our job was to design a clear manual for the customers of HAB. And what better medium is there than a video?

After laying out the concept and the story board, the next step was to implement our ideas. The premises of HAB were absolutely made for shooting the videos. The team of experts of ave-völler from Obernburg took care of the technical side of the project while the medical advisor and employees at HAB were the perfect cast for our videos. Now that the film has been cut, the customers of HAB can get comprehensive information on the different treatment steps in ozone or hydro colon therapy either on the webpage of HERRMANN Apparatebau on the Internet or on a DVD. That way, all obstacles on the way to safely using your recently purchased devices will be eliminated – provided you do not have to rely on the user manual of your computer or DVD player to do so…
